02 · FIRST_KEY
Three agents and one rule: nothing executes without the owner’s grant. The engine tries every order in which they can act.
A toy model that runs in your browser now: every interleaving is enumerated (engine toy-0.1). It shows two ideas: who may hand authority on, and where a guarantee stops under concurrency. It is not a proof, and the FIRST_KEY verification engine is not built yet.

Every claim keeps its status. A withdrawn claim stays on the record beside what replaced it.
